Starting February 13 (Friday the 13th), it decayed over 12 days.
Each day, a different encoding layer consumed more of the text.
By day 12, the manifesto was fully consumed by its own twelve layers.

Characters scatter positionally — sentences forget their content

Full cipher on all remaining plaintext

Near-total entropy — the manifesto becomes noise
